Pumpkin Cake with 2 Ingredients
Two ingredients using a cake mix and pumpkin will transform into the easiest fall cake or muffins you’ve ever baked!

Ingredients
- 1 – 15 ounce can of real canned pumpkin, not pie filling
- 1 – 15.25 ounce box Spice Cake Mix or Butter Pecan see note below
- Note: if you use a yellow cake mix or white you’ll have to add 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, 1 teaspoon allspice, and 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger. I usually add more cinnamon to my taste.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease the pan you are using heavily or line it with parchment paper (muffin pan use paper liners)
- Place the cake mix with the pumpkin in a bowl.
- Mix both until well blended.
- Bake in a greased baking cake pan( for a bundt pan for 45 to 55 minutes) at 350 degrees. See Notes below
- Note: Do not use pie filling this is pure pumpkin puree.
- Garnish with powdered sugar, and cream cheese frosting, or top a slice with whipped cream on top and refer to more suggestions under notes for mix-ins and toppings..
