Ingredients
- 1 cup SunButter Organic Sunflower Butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 scoops Truvani Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp. Redmond Real Salt Ancient Sea Salt
- 1-1/2 cups Bob’s Red Mill Paleo Flour
- 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup Hu Kitchen Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions

Line 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In large bowl, combine sunflower butter, vanilla extract, honey, protein powder and salt until fully incorporated. Mix in flour, oats, cranberries and chocolate chips until well combined.

Spoon mixture into prepared pan.

Spoon mixture into prepared pan, pressing down with spoon to make sure mixture gets into the corners and edges of pan. Smooth out top.

Refrigerate at least one hour.

To serve, slice into 8 bars.
