Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. pure pumpkin puree
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. caramel sauce plus more for drizzling
  • 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1.5 oz. brewed espresso
  • Whipped cream for serving

Instructions

  • In a liquid measuring cup or tall glass, whisk together milk, pumpkin puree, caramel sauce and pumpkin pie spice with milk frother until desired consistency.
  • Fill a serving glass with ice. Pour in espresso followed by milk mixture.
  • Top with whipped cream and additional caramel sauce.
