Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 2 Tbsp. golden milk powder
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 3/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice, room temperature
- 1/2 cup coconut oil melted and cooled
- 2 large eggs room temperature
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, golden milk powder, baking powder and salt.

In separate bowl, whisk together milk, coconut oil, eggs and vanilla.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. (Note: It’s ok if a few lumps of flour remain. Do not overmix.)

Divide batter between the prepared muffin cups. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until golden and a toothpick in the center of a muffin comes out clean. Transfer to wire rack to cool.
