🔸Strawberries: 3.5 oz / 100g sliced (about ⅔ cup)
🔸Sweetened Condensed Milk: 3 Tablespoons

👩🍳How to prepare:
1. Prep Ahead: Slice banana and chop strawberries. Freeze them flat in a single layer on a tray or in a container until solid (key step!).
2. Blend: Add frozen fruit and sweetened condensed milk to your food processor/blender.
3. Process: Blend on high for 30-60 seconds, scraping sides if needed, until smooth and creamy like soft-serve. Do not over-blend!
4. Serve FAST: Scoop immediately into bowls. This healthy-ish treat is best enjoyed right away!
