Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes quartered
  • 2 cups mini cucumbers diced
  • 1 cup radishes. diced
  • 4 oz. feta cheese cubed or crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. oregano

Instructions

  • In large mixing bowl, add tomatoes, cucumber, radishes and feta. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, black pepper and oregano.
  • Toss well until everything is evenly coated. Serve right away.
