- 125 ml light milk of choice
- 1/4 frozen banana
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp biscoff spread
- 30 gram Caramel Healthy Mummy Premium Smoothie
- ice
- 1 Biscoff biscuit crushed
- 1 tsp cacao nibs
- 1 tsp sugar free maple syrup

Instructions

Blitz milk, banana, cinnamon, biscoff spread, smoothie mix and ice until smooth. Add more water or milk to thin the mixture to get your desired consistency.

Pour into a bowl and set a side.
