Holiday Turkey Salad
This flavorful turkey salad is a blend of leftover holiday turkey and crunchy fruits and vegetables all tossed in a savory creamy dressing.

Ingredients
- 3 cups turkey roasted turkey shredded or cubed
- 2 cups celery
- 1-1/2 cups dried cranberries or raisins
- 1-1/2 cups red delicious apples peeled (or pears, mandarin oranges, chopped fresh cherries)
- salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste (this may not be needed if you’re turkey is well seasoned already)
- 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- Optional: 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients listed together then cover and chill for around 1 hour before serving to meld flavors together.
