❂ Ingredients:
Chicken Drumsticks
Streaky Bacon
BBQ blend rub
Paprika
Salt/Pepper
For sauce:
3 Tbsp Honey
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
4 Tbsp Butter
1 1/2 cup Cholula hot sauce
❂ Cooking Process:
Prep & Preheat: Clean and shape chicken into lollipops. Preheat @napoleonproducts grill on low.
Season & Wrap: Rub chicken in BBQ blend and paprika. Wrap each with bacon, secure if needed. Sprinkle paprika on top. Hang on grill mounts.
Grill to Perfection: Cook until internal temp hits 150°F, enjoying the aroma.
Sauce Making: On side burner, combine sauce ingredients. Stir until smooth.
Dip & Caramelize: Dip chicken in sauce, return to grill for 10 mins until caramelized.
Serve & Enjoy: Rest briefly, then enjoy the smoky, sweet flavors!
