Old-fashioned almond crescent cookies are a cross between shortbread and snowball cookies. They are so simple to make (no chilling!) and are entirely egg-free!
I first shared these almond crescent cookies a few years ago in my holiday cookie eBook. They are just simple, old-fashioned cookies, but my family requests I make them every year for Christmas. I can’t say I blame them though–they are one of my favorites too!
