Ingredients
- 2 yellow onions
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup tartar sauce
- Fresh parsley chopped
Instructions

Slice onions into rings and set aside.

Prepare three bowls: one with flour, the second with egg (whisked) and the last with breadcrumbs combined with parsley, salt and onion powder.

One by one, dip each ring in flour, then egg and then coat generously in breadcrumbs.

Add one layer to air fryer and cook at 400 degrees F. for 10 minutes or until browned and crispy.

Serve with tartar sauce and topped with fresh parsley.
