This whipped feta dip feels like the kind of snack you put out “just to nibble,” then quietly guard for yourself. Salty feta and creamy Greek yogurt whip into a cloud-soft base, kissed with smoky paprika and bright pimentos for a tangy, savory bite. It comes together in minutes, tastes even better chilled, and feels equally at home on a game-day spread or a casually chic mezze table.

Ingredients
- 6 oz. feta cheese crumbled
- 1/2 cup thick full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup jarred diced pimentos drained and squeezed dry with paper towels
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp. Aleppo pepper plus more for topping
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Flaky sea salt for topping, if desired
Instructions
-
In food processor, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, Aleppo pepper, salt and ¼ cup pimentos. Blend until smooth and whipped, scraping down sides as needed.
-
Using spatula, transfer dip to serving bowl and top with remaining ¼ cup pimentos and additional pinch of Aleppo pepper and flaky sea salt, if desired.
-
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. (Note: Dip tastes great immediately, but chilling 20-30 minutes will slightly deepen the flavor if time allows.)
-
Serve with crackers, pretzels, pita chips or fresh vegetables.
