Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. aquafaba liquid from canned chickpeas
  • 2 cups 6 oz. walnut halves
  • 1/2 cup coconut or brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In large bowl, whisk aquafaba until foamy. Add walnuts and toss to coat.
  • Add coconut or brown sugar and salt. Stir to combine.
  • Spread nuts on prepared baking tray in a single layer. Bake 15 minutes, stirring at the halfway mark.
  • Let cool to room temperature and store in airtight container for up to a week. Freeze up to 3 months.
