Ingredients

  • 1 pouch Holle Apple Banana & Berries Yogurt
  • 1 pouch Holle Red Berries Yogurt
  • 1 pouch Holle Mango Yogurt
  • 1 pouch Earth's Best Banana Peach
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • Natural red and blue food dye
  • Edible glitter optional

Instructions

Prep base

  • Squeeze each pouch into its own bowl. Add 1 Tbsp. of coconut cream to each bowl and stir to combine.
  • Create your colors
  • Pink: Add red dye to Holle Apple, Banana & Berries Yogurt.
  • Purple: Add red and blue dye to Holle Red Berries.
  • Blue: Add blue dye to the Earth’s Best Banana Peach.
  • Yellow: Holle Mango Yogurt will be your yellow layer—no dye needed.

Layer popsicles

  • Fill bottom 1/4 of each popsicle mold with pink yogurt. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Add blue yogurt as the next layer. Freeze 30 minutes.
  • Add purple yogurt next. Freeze 30 minutes.
  • Top off with yellow mango yogurt, insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 3 hours, or until completely frozen.

Serve

  • Let sit at room temp for few minutes (or run mold under warm water) to release.
  • Sprinkle with edible glitter if desired for extra unicorn magic.
