These turkey sloppy joes are a nostalgic nod to the kind of meals that make you feel instantly at home — warm, saucy and just a little messy (in the best way). Lean ground turkey gets browned with onion, green pepper and garlic, then simmered in a tangy-sweet sauce made from everyday pantry staples. Each bite is rich with bold flavor and that unmistakable sloppy joe charm—minus the heaviness. Piled high on a soft, toasted bun, it’s comfort food that’s lighter, faster and just as satisfying as you remember.
