⭐️ Ingredients:
1 pack of La Moderna Vermicelli
3 red tomatoes
Half a white onion
2 garlic gloves
Cilantro
Knorr tomato chicken Bouillon
4-5 cups of water
1 potato
1 small pack of corn tortillas
1 pack of Oaxacan cheese
Make broth first:
In a blender add half a white onion followed by 3 red tomatoes, 2 garlic cloves, salt and 1 spoon full of Knorr chicken bouillon *Blend* once blended, set aside.
NEXT:
Slice up and wash potatoes in small cubes.
In a pot, add 2 tbsp of oil, then add the noodles to fry. Once the noodles have gotten a gold color, add in your broth with your potatoes. Taste for seasoning. Cover up the soup and let it simmer on Medium low.
5-10 minutes before you notice your potatoes are almost cooked, add half of your washed cilantro in the pot. You know the soup is ready when the potatoes are cooked.
NEXT:
In each corn tortilla, add some of that Oaxacan cheese and roll them up, fry them in some oil.
Once all done enjoy the soup by dipping your cheese taquitos in the soup.
