Ladi pavIngredients
1. 1ΒΌ cup milk (warm)
2. 2 tsp sugar
3. 7 grams dry yeast
4. 3 cup plain flour
5. Β½ tsp salt
6. 2 tbsp butter, softened
Steps
* Take a bowl activate the yeast by combining 1 1/4cup milk, 2 tsp sugar andΒ 7 grams dry yeast.
* Now addΒ 3 cup maida and Β½ tsp salt.
* knead until the dough turns soft (for 10 mins)
* further, add 2 tbsp butter and knead the dough.(3-5mins)
* cover with a lid or cloth and rest for 1 hours in a warm place.
* further, punch the dough and knead it slightly to remove air incorporated.(5-7mins)
* place the ladi pav into a greased tray.
* now cover with cling wrap and allow to rest for 30-40 minutes.
* preheat and bake at 180 degree celcius for 15-20 minutes, or until the pav turns golden brown from top.
* once the pav is out of the oven, rub with butter to get a shiny look.
* Now you can enjoy ladi pav or pav bhaji or even have it like a sandwich πŸ₯ͺ
