Step-by-step guide on how to make an easy chicken soup

Total: 45 minutes

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a cooking pot. Sauté the onion, garlic, ginger, and tomato for 2 minutes.

    1 onion, 4 tomatoes, 3 thumbs ginger, 6 cloves garlic, 3 tablespoons cooking oil

  • Add the chicken. Sauté for 3 minutes or until the outer part starts to turn light brown.

    2 lbs. chicken wings

  • Pour water into the cooking pot. Cover it. Let the water boil.

    6 cups water

  • Adjust the heat to a simmer. Continue simmering for 20 minutes.

  • Add Maggi Magic Chicken Cube and chayote. Cook for 4 minutes. (see notes below)
