Pull Apart Pepperoni Pizza Rolls
If you love classic pizza but want something more fun, pull-apart pepperoni pizza rolls are about to become your new favorite recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 package of pizza dough (around 1 pound)
- 6 cubed mozzarella or cheddar cheese, cut into very small pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni slices
- 1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella
- olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup canned Pizza Sauce or any jarred sauce you prefer
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan and Pecorino Romano blended
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a 9 x 9 square baking pan with a piece of parchment paper (also spray cooking oil on the paper just for crispier dough).
- Roll 12 small balls of pizza dough and add to the pan
- Cover and let these rise for around 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Drizzle a few tablespoons of olive oil over the top.
- Place a piece of the cheese in the middle of each roll
- Sprinkle granulated garlic powder, oregano, dried basil, crushed red pepper flakes, and sliced pepperonis on top.
- Let it rise again for another 30 minutes.
- Next, drizzle with the pizza sauce and the shredded mozzarella.
- Bake at 400 degrees until the top is lightly browned and the rolls are cooked, around 35 minutes.
- Sprinkle with grated parmesan on top and serve with warm sauce if preferred to dip them in.
