Ingredients
Brownies
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Pecan pie filling
- 1-1/4 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup collagen
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
Instructions

Line 8×8 pan with parchment paper and preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Whisk wet brownie ingredients, fold in dry and add chocolate chips if desired.

Pour batter into pan, spread evenly, and bake 23–26 minutes.

Cool brownies and make pecan filling.

On stove, combine almond butter, coconut oil and maple syrup, stirring until smooth.

Remove from heat, stir in collagen until dissolved, then add pecans and coat well.

Trim brownie edges and cut into 16 squares.

Flatten each square and add 1/2 Tbsp. filling,

Wrap brownie around filling and roll into ball.

Dip in melted dark chocolate, place on parchment and top with chopped pecans.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes to harden.
