Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup salted and creamy peanut butter + 1/2 cup for swirling
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter powder + 1/4 cup for swirling
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 flax eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • Powdered monk fruit to taste

Instructions

  • In bowl, mix together cocoa, peanut butter powder, almond flour and monkfruit.
  • In separate bowl, combine peanut butter, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add powders and mix into thick consistency. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Pour into baking pan. Using butter knife, stir in extra peanut butter to create swirly design.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 20 minutes. Test center of pan with toothpick to make sure it comes out clean.
