EID SPECIAL NO BAKE CUSTARD DELIGHT
Ingredients:
To make simple syrup:
Water – 1 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Cardamom whole 2
To make the Custard base:
Milk – 2 cups(500 ml)
Sugar – 3 tbsp
Milk powder-2 tbsp
Custard Powder – 2 tbsp mixed with a little milk
Corn Flour – 1 tbsp ( to make the custard a bit more thick)
Cardamom powder or vanilla essence
Indian style rusks/ biscotti
Chopped nuts 1/2 cup ( I used only pistachios)
Rose petals to garnish
Disclaimer-
Before going into the recipe, this is a really important instruction, as i made the recipe i learned not to make your custard base runny(Mine is runny) make it a bit more like a cake batter consistency to make it taste even better and you will get thick layers of custard in between but this one still tasted delicious.
