Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3/4 banana
- 1/3 cup berries of choice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 3 Tbsp. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Pinch of salt
Icing
- 1/4 cup powdered monkfruit
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions

In large bowl, whisk eggs, mash banana and add milk.

Add almond flour, almond butter and salt.

Combine until thick batter forms and stir in berries.

Spoon into greased muffin tins or line tins with paper liners.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes.

Remove from oven and allow them to cool.

In medium bowl, mix icing ingredients until glaze forms and drizzle over cooled muffins.
