If you grew up in the 80s and 90s, names like Birdie, Grimace, and Hamburglar will surely tug at your heartstrings. Now, they’re back to entertain a new generation with the McDonald’s Music Festival in Plaza Singapura!
The playful crew of mascots will be in Plaza Singapura from 12 Dec to 14 Dec 2025 for an exciting music festival to end the year with a bang. It will feature tons of fun games and a photobooth for the family.
You’ll be able to join a Meet & Greet session with the mascots at 3pm and 6pm on all days. McDonald’s members are entitled to a free Vanilla Cone at the event, limited to 1,000 redemptions daily. It’s not a music festival without musical acts! Local musicians Gravity Band, Jack & Rai, and Jeff Ng will be performing 7pm – 9pm on 12, 13, and 14 Dec 2025 respectively.
If you can’t make it to the festival, don’t worry! There are still plenty of ways to participate. It’s not a McDonald’s promotion without new menu items. This time, it’s the Cheesy Jalapeno Chicken Burger (S$9.50) and Cheesy Jalapeno Quarter Pounder (S$9.50). I was thoroughly taken aback by how well the cheesy jalapeno sauce balanced cheesiness and heat, and the chicken burger was my favourite among them. Their Truffle Cheese McShaker Fries (S$1.25 for an upgrade) were a definite treat as well.
Finally, enjoy their Mango x Pineapple Cones (S$1.30) and Cookies & Cream Pie (S$1.80). This time, cookies and cream isn’t just a TikTok song.
