Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp. matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup yogurt of choice
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp. raw honey

Toppings

  • 1 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1 peach peeled and sliced
  • 2 tsp. chia seeds

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine milk and matcha.
  • Add yogurt, oats and honey. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into a container and place in fridge to thicken overnight.
  • In the morning, pour equal portions into 2 serving cups.
  • Top each serving with half of kiwi, peach and chia seeds.
  • Serve immediately.
