Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. matcha powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup salted butter softened
- 3/4 cup cane sugar
- 1 large egg room temperature
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions

In bowl, whisk together flour, matcha powder, baking soda and baking powder.

In separate bowl, mix butter, cane sugar, egg and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add white chocolate chips and gently mix to combine, do not overmix.

Scoop dough onto lined baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes, until the edges are set and centers are soft.

Remove from oven, allow to cool and enjoy.
