  • To begin making the Matar Millet Pulao Recipe (Peas Pulao Recipe), pressure cook the millet with 1-1/2 cups of water in a pressure cooker for about 2 whistles till they are just cooked.

  • Heat a heavy bottomed pan with ghee. Once the ghee is hot, add the whole spice like cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks, bay leaf, cumin seeds and allow them to splutter.
