This maple glazed chicken is so simple to make in my Air Fryer with just 3 ingredients and about 25 minutes. I coat chicken breasts in maple syrup and brown sugar, which creates a sweet and savory glaze that tastes way more complex than it is. I just love this Air Fryer maple chicken breast for quick and easy dinners during the week, and it pairs well with just about any side dish!

Maple Syrup Glazed Chicken
This maple brown sugar chicken is one of my favorite “back pocket” meals for weeknights because it’s fast, foolproof, and always a crowd-pleaser. I love how cooking chicken breasts in the Air Fryer gives them a juicy interior and golden exterior without any fuss. The maple syrup glaze caramelizes slightly while cooking, coating the chicken in a sweet and sticky sauce with just a hint of saltiness to balance it out. This easy chicken breast recipe is similar to my favorite maple bourbon chicken, but even simpler!

One Simple Tip!
If you like, marinate the chicken breasts in maple syrup for 30 minutes-1 hour before cooking. This will give the glaze time to seep into the chicken and really pack in the flavor.
