Ingredients
- 2 packages Miracle Noodle Organic Fettuccine rinsed and drained
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 lb. shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley chopped
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions

Rinse Miracle Noodle Fettuccine thoroughly under cold water for one to two minutes.

In pan over medium heat, sauté noodles for about five minutes to remove excess moisture. Set aside.

Heat butter and olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add shrimp, salt and pepper. Cook for about one to two minutes per side, until shrimp turn pink and opaque.

Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Let it simmer for about two minutes, allowing flavors to meld.

Add Miracle Noodles to skillet, tossing to coat in sauce. Cook for another one to two minutes until warmed through. Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley.

Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges.
