  • To begin making the Light and Healthy Spinach Soup Recipe, we will first get all the ingredients ready.

  • Heat oil in large saucepan;add in the garlic and celery and saute for a few seconds. Add in the chopped spinach, sprinkle some salt and saute on medium heat until the spinach is wilted and cooked.
