How to Make Lemon Pepper Chicken

This dish is effortless to make with only a few simple ingredients. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and reserve two tablespoons of bacon grease.

Season chicken breast cutlets with lemon pepper seasoning and garlic powder on both sides. Heat bacon grease over medium-high heat. Add chicken to the skillet and cook on both sides until it reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.
