Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Codeage Liposomal Multi Amino+
  • 1-1/2 cups juice options below
  • Fresh herbs optional
  • Citrus zested, optional
  • Pinch sea salt optional

Strawberry-hibiscus lemonade

  • 3/4 cup strawberry juice or purée
  • 3/4 cup hibiscus tea cooled
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup optional

Kiwi-melon-mint

  • 1 cup honeydew cubed
  • 1/2 cup kiwi
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped mint

Cherry & pomegranate

  • 3/4 cup tart cherry juice
  • 3/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • Fresh cherries or raspberries crushed

Grape-blueberry-coconut

  • 1 cup concord grape juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup blueberries crushed or blended

Mango-peach-citrus

  • 3/4 cup mango juice
  • 3/4 cup peach juice
  • 1 tsp. orange zest

Pineapple-ginger-citrus

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger grated
  • Pinch turmeric optional

Instructions

  • In blender or mixing bowl, combine juice (or blended fruit mixture) with one scoop of Codeage Multi Amino+. Stir or blend until fully dissolved.
  • Taste and adjust if needed; add splash of citrus for brightness or herbs for punch of flavor.
  • Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving little space at top for expansion.
  • Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until solid.
  • To serve, run mold under warm water for few seconds to release.
