Ingredients

  • 1 cup sourdough discard
  • 8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. butter melted
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • Pinch of chili powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Mix into a shaggy dough and form into ball.
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll dough very thin (about 1/8 inch) onto the parchment paper.
  • Cut into small squares with a pizza cutter. Poke each cracker with fork.
  • Bake 30-40 minutes, until golden and crisp. Cool completely before storing.
