Ingredients
- 1 cup sourdough discard
- 8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp. butter melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- Pinch of chili powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.

Mix into a shaggy dough and form into ball.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll dough very thin (about 1/8 inch) onto the parchment paper.

Cut into small squares with a pizza cutter. Poke each cracker with fork.

Bake 30-40 minutes, until golden and crisp. Cool completely before storing.
