Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Atlas Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 Tbsp. organic agave
- 2 Tbsp. organic maple syrup
- 1 tsp. organic vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. organic peanut butter
- Pinch Selina Naturally Celtic Sea Salt
- 2 cups Feridies Gourmet Virginia Peanuts
Optional
- 1/8 tsp. baking soda for crunchier texture and honeycomb color
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line baking pan with parchment paper.

For syrup, in sauce pan add olive oil , agave, maple, vanilla extract, peanut butter and pinch of salt. Add baking soda here, if using. Whisk and keep on heat until syrup simmers and all ingredients are well combined.

In bowl, add peanuts and fold in hot syrup until peanuts are incorporated.

Onto prepared sheet pan, pour mixture and spread evenly with spatula.

Bake 25-30 minutes until golden. (Note: Do not overcook or brittle will be bitter.)

Let cool completely before breaking into pieces or cutting neatly with sharp knife.

Store in cool and dry container. Avoid humidity or moisture.
