Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup pistachio butter
- 2 –4 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup allulose sweetener
- 1/8 tsp. almond extract optional
- 1 –2 drops green food coloring optional
- 3 Tbsp. shelled pistachios finely chopped
Instructions

In blender, blend cottage cheese, milk, pistachio butter, sweetener, protein powder and almond extract until completely smooth. Add food coloring if using.

Process in your ice cream maker or freeze.

Fold in chopped pistachios after churning or use them as a topping.
