Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter softened
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups flour

Frosting

  • 4 Tbsp. butter softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. green gel food coloring

Toppings

  • Sprinkles
  • Candy eyeballs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Combine softened butter with sugars and mix well.
  • Mix in eggs and vanilla. Next, mix in yogurt until combined well.
  • Stir in baking soda, salt, cocoa powder and flour.
  • Pour mixture into prepared bundt cake pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Combine all frosting ingredients. Frost into cake once cooled.
  • Top with sprinkles and candy eyeballs.
