Ingredients
- 24 oz. honey gold potatoes
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Bring large pot of water to boil. Add potatoes and cook for 15 minutes, until fork tender.

Drain potatoes and let cool slightly.

Place potatoes on lined baking sheet.

Smash each potato gently with back of large spoon.

In small bowl, mix olive oil, crushed garlic, salt and Italian seasoning.

Drizzle oil mixture evenly over smashed potatoes.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes, or until edges are golden and crisp.

Serve warm.
