Ingredients
- 1 15 oz. can garbanzo beans rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 clove fresh garlic
- 1 lemon juiced and zested
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 –1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Add all ingredients to food processor.

Blend on low speed for 2 minutes. Increase to high and continue blending until smooth and creamy.

Use as sandwich spread, stirred into cooked quinoa or as substitute for mayo in potato salad.
