Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups oat flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup walnuts chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In large bowl, combine coconut sugar, olive oil, eggs and vanilla.

Add in oat flour, cocoa powder and salt. Stir until well combined.

Stir in chocolate chips and 2/3 cup of walnuts.

Pour batter into prepared 8×8 pan. Top with remaining walnuts and press down gently.

Bake for 35-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
