Ingredients

Bread

  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/3 cup ghee melted
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 cup organic sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 red apple chopped

Topping

  • Sea salt caramel dessert topping
  • Walnuts chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Combine eggs with ghee, oil and sugars. Mix well.
  • Stir in flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
  • Next, mix in milk and smooth batter.
  • Stir in chopped apples.
  • Pour into prepared, 9-in loaf pan.
  • Bake for 40-45 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Once cooled, drizzle caramel atop loaf of bread.
  • Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
