Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. gnocchi
  • 1/2 can butternut squash puree
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1/2 cup bone broth
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • Handful of pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  • Add butter to medium heated pan and stir until melted.
  • Add in sage powder and mix until combined.
  • Remove and set aside in bowl.
  • Add gnocchi to pan and cook for one minute. Top with the brown butter mixture and stir to combine.
  • Add in broth, puree and then stir in coconut milk.
  • Let simmer for a few minutes until desired consistency.
  • Scoop onto serving plates and top with pumpkin seeds.
