Ingredients
- 1 serving Codeage Amino Acids
- 1 serving Codeage Glutamine
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
Instructions

Place all ingredients in food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
