Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 3/4 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 cup gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 /2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease brownie or mini muffin pan with oil.

In large bowl, mash bananas until smooth and free of lumps.

Stir in melted coconut oil and honey, mixing until well combined.

Add eggs, vanilla extract and mix thoroughly.

Add in salt and baking soda, then add flour. Stir until smooth batter forms.

Gently fold in chopped walnuts and raisins.

Spoon batter evenly into prepared pan. If desired, place small slice of banana on top of each bite.

Bake for about 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

Allow to cool slightly before removing from pan.
