Baked Cod With Gremolata Sauce

Must Try

Simple, bright and quietly elegant, this baked cod proves that healthy dinners don’t have to feel plain. The fish bakes up tender and flaky, then gets finished with gremolata sauce, a classic Italian mix of fresh parsley, lemon zest and garlic that adds a vibrant, zesty lift to every bite. It’s a fresh, no-fuss dish that feels special enough for guests, yet easy enough for a weeknight.
