You might think of butter as something that doesn’t necessarily get better homemade (i.e., easier to get some at the store and call it a day), but you’d be terribly wrong. It’s three times as good made at home, and it’s also one of the easiest recipes you could ever have. If you’ve made whipped cream, you can make butter…it just requires a few more minutes of blending. Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream
pinch of salt
1. Pour cream into a food processor or blender. Process for 10 minutes, or until the butter separates.
2. Strain off the liquid and continue pressing out butter with a wooden spoon until all liquid is gone. Season, shape into a brick or roll, and enjoy.
