One-pan BBQ Chicken is a quick and easy recipe that you can make year-round whenever you’re craving BBQ flavor. No need to fire up the grill! You can make this recipe with either chicken thighs or chicken breast. Use whichever you like best.
INGREDIENTS :
– 1 1/2 kg chicken, cut into serving portions
– salt and ground black pepper
– 1 cup pineapple juice
– 3 teaspoons lemon or clamansi juice
– 3 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1/4 cup bbq marinade ( mama sita’s bbq marinade or you can use
any brand of your choice
– 1/2 cup banana ketchup
– 3 teaspoons sugar ( adjust if needed )
– 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
– worcestershire sauce, a few drops
– hot sauce, a few drops ( optional )
– 1/2 cup water
