  • Defrost the puff block and bring it to room temperature before you start working. 

  • Chop the basil leaves finely and keep it aside. 

  • Take the puff block. Dust it with wheat flour to roll the pastry. Roll the pastry into a thin sheet. You will get about 20 of 20 cm squares.
