Ingredients
- 1 pkg. gnocchi
- 1/2 can butternut squash puree
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1/2 cup bone broth
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- Handful of pumpkin seeds
Instructions

Add butter to medium heated pan and stir until melted.

Add in sage powder and mix until combined.

Remove and set aside in bowl.

Add gnocchi to pan and cook for one minute. Top with the brown butter mixture and stir to combine.

Add in broth, puree and then stir in coconut milk.

Let simmer for a few minutes until desired consistency.

Scoop onto serving plates and top with pumpkin seeds.
