Crockpot BBQ Chicken | Set It and Forget It Dinner Idea

Juicy, shredded chicken slow-cooked in BBQ sauce — perfect for sandwiches, sliders, or meal prep! Just 6 ingredients and minimal effort!

Ingredients 
– 3 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breast
– 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce 
– 1/2 medium Grated onion 
– 1 Tbsp Olive oil
– 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– 2 Tbsp Brown sugar

Instructions: 
1. Add BBQ sauce, onion, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar to a 5–6 qt slow cooker. Stir to combine.
2. Add chicken breasts and turn to coat evenly in the sauce
3. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
3. Remove chicken and shred
4. Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir well.
5. Serve warm on buns; optionally top with coleslaw and pickles.
