This cake takes literally 5 minutes to bake!
1 minute to make the cake batter in a blender and 4 minutes to bake in the microwave!
And you will have the spongiest, softest cake ready in no time.
You can cover it with your favourite icing or just enjoy it like that. Feel free to add chocochips or fruits and nuts too!
Recipe:
Preparation time: 1 minute
Baking time: 4 minutes
Serves: 3-4
Ingredients:
3 large eggs
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 tbsp milk
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup oil
Method:
Blend the eggs withe sugar in a blender for 15 secs. Add the milk, vanilla essence and blitz.
Add the flour, baking powder and blitz to make a homogeneous batter. Add the oil and blitz.
Pour in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high mode for 4 minutes only!
Cool the cake in the bowl for 10 minutes and then remove it from the pan.
Slice & enjoy!
